Refund policy


Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received.

* Watches have a 90 day warranty  but any external defects that are noticed on the watch shipment arrival must be submitted within 3 weeks after the watch has been received.

For packages lost in transit, excluding courier mistakes, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

Our products are made to order, therefore we do not exchange/refund orders for buyer's remorse.

We do not exchange/refund products that were on sale when purchased unless it is the case of a misprinted/damaged/defective product..

We do not exchange/refund products that were ordered due to customer's error in wrong size or color.

For an updated size or color,  a new order at your expense, would need to be placed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
